Frequently asked questions

How can we help?

Answers to the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Get in touch.

What areas do you serve?
We are based in the greater Southern California region and provide licensed security services throughout California. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
Are your guards licensed and insured?
Yes. Global One Security operates under California Private Patrol Operator license PPO #120601, and our officers hold California BSIS guard cards. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you offer armed and unarmed guards?
We provide both. Armed officers hold valid BSIS firearms permits. We'll help you determine the right coverage level based on your property, risk profile, and budget.
What types of security services do you provide?
Vehicle and foot patrol, armed and unarmed standing guards, event security, executive protection, fire watch, loss prevention, parking enforcement, residential and commercial security, and more. See our Services page for the full list.
How quickly can you start?
For most standard patrol and guard assignments we can mobilize within a few days. Emergency and short-notice coverage is often available same-day — call us to discuss your timeline.
How do I request a quote?
Use the request-a-quote form on our Contact page, or call (949) 501-2521. Tell us your property type, hours of coverage, and any specific needs, and we'll prepare a tailored plan.
Do you provide reporting on guard activity?
Yes. Our officers file Daily Activity Reports and log patrols, incidents, and citations through our secure platform. Clients receive report access so you always know what's happening on your property.
How can residents safe-list a guest's vehicle?
If your community uses our parking program, residents can safe-list a guest's vehicle (up to 3 nights) through our Safelist a Guest Vehicle page or by scanning the QR code posted at your property. Guest safe-listing is for temporary visitor parking (up to 3 nights). Residents' own permanent vehicles are managed separately by their property manager as registered vehicles.
Can I see photos, reviews, or follow Global One Security on social media?
Yes. Our Media page has a photo gallery of our patrol fleet and team, our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Yelp channels, and verified client reviews. Follow us to stay up to date.
Do clients get online access to reports and documents?
Yes. Property managers and clients get a secure client portalto view daily activity reports, incident reports, invoices, and service agreements, manage their property's registered resident vehicles, and see safe-listed guest vehicles — all in one place. We set up your portal access when your service begins.
