Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at globalonesecurity.com, the client portal, the officer application, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Global One Security Services, Inc. (“Global One Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (PPO #120601). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Our services
The Services provide information about, and online tools that support, our private security offerings. Our security guard and patrol services themselves are provided under a separate written service agreement between Global One Security and each client; in the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for the services it covers.
2. Accounts
- Certain features (the client portal and officer application) require an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- Accounts are for authorized users only and may not be shared or transferred.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Access, or attempt to access, data or areas you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the Services or their security.
- Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Services.
- Upload malicious code or submit information you do not have the right to share.
4. Client portal and reports
Reports and information made available through the client portal are provided for the authorized client’s internal use in connection with the services we provide at their property. They are confidential and may not be redistributed except as permitted by the client’s service agreement or as required by law.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including their content, design, logos, and software, are owned by Global One Security or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This section does not limit the standard of care we owe under a signed security-services agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global One Security and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global One Security from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California for any dispute not subject to arbitration or a separate agreement.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
