Text updates from our dispatch line

When you call our dispatch line at (888) 599-1089 to request a patrol or report something at a property we protect, we can keep you updated by text message. This page explains what you will receive, how you agree to it, and how to stop.

What you receive

• A confirmation that we received your request.
• Status updates about that request, such as an officer being dispatched or arriving on site.
• Replies to questions you text us about your open request.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts from this number. Message frequency depends on your request; most people receive one to three texts per request. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in

You opt in by calling our dispatch line and asking for a patrol or reporting an incident. During the call you are told that we will text updates to the number you are calling from, and you can decline. We only text the number that placed the call, and only about that call.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will send one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for our contact details, or call (888) 599-1089. You can also email info@globalonesecurity.com.
