Safelist a Guest Vehicle
If you live in a community protected by Global One Security, you can safe-list a guest'svehicle so our officers recognize it as authorized to park. Safe-listed guest vehicles won't be cited or towed for permit parking. Guest parking is limited to a maximum of 3 nights.
For guests only.This form is for a resident's temporary visitor — not for a resident's own vehicle. Residents' permanent vehicles are registered separately by the property manager; ask your management office to add or update a resident vehicle.
1. Scan the QR code
Find the Global One Security guest safe-list QR posted at your community gate, lobby, or mailroom, or use the link your property manager provides.
2. Enter your guest's vehicle
Add your name, unit number, your guest's name, the dates of their stay (up to 3 nights), and the vehicle details (plate, make, model, color). It takes under a minute.
3. Your guest is safe-listed
The guest vehicle is immediately added to the property's authorized list and visible to on-site security for the dates you selected.
